- In a pan,add olive oil,add the carrots and marrow and fry for 5 minutes..
- Add water or vegetable stock along with salt and pepper.
- Boil for 10 minutes or until all vegetables are cooked through. (On another side add grill pan and add sliced marrow,sprinkle some olive oil salt and pepper. Twist for 5-8 minutes).
- At this point, you can serve the soup as a chunky soup or blend it.(I prefer mix,so I blended half and half chunky).
- Season to taste, then divide the soup between bowls.Serve immediately along with grilled marrows.
